Silicone Slotted Draining Spoon

A perforated silicone draining spoon with a wide, flat head and a long one-piece handle, finished in a speckled dark grey. The slots let oil and water drain away, so it is handy for lifting cutlets, fish, vadai and blanched vegetables out of the pan without scratching non-stick or coated surfaces. Suits home cooks and restaurant, cafe and caterer kitchens that run N/S pans and want a utensil that will not chip the coating.
