A one-piece stainless steel food tong with flat slotted jaws that grip and drain at the same time, so oil or syrup runs off before the food reaches the plate. The sprung body gives a firm hold on cutlets, rolls, fried fish, bread and salad without crushing it, and it wipes clean or goes through the dishwasher.
