A stainless steel pittu mould (pittu bambuwa) with a lidded steaming chamber, a wide base that sits over a pot of boiling water, and a heat-resistant handle for lifting it off. It steams the classic coconut-and-flour pittu cylinders and works just as well for string hopper flour mixes or any small steamed batter. Suits home kitchens making pittu for breakfast, and hotel or restaurant breakfast lines that need something sturdier and easier to clean than a bamboo mould.
