Data deletion requests

Titus Stores (Pvt) Ltd keeps only the personal data described in our privacy policy: quotation requests, TitusGPT conversations, and the comments and messages you send to our Facebook Page or Instagram account, which our systems read in order to reply.

How to request deletion

E-mail quotations@titusstores.com with the subject Data deletion request and tell us which of these applies: the name and phone number used on a quotation, the Facebook or Instagram username that commented or messaged us, or the approximate date of a TitusGPT conversation. We delete the matching records within 14 days and confirm by e-mail. Data that we are legally required to keep, such as tax invoices, is retained for the statutory period.

If you reached this page from Facebook or Instagram after removing our app from your account, the same e-mail is all that is needed.
