Do you deliver outside Colombo?
Yes. We deliver anywhere in Sri Lanka. Delivery is free on orders of Rs 5,000 or more (terms and conditions apply). For smaller orders our staff quote the delivery charge, or you can collect from the shop at 98 Main Street, Pettah.
How do I get a quotation?
Add products to your quotation on any product page, or ask TitusGPT, our assistant, to help you choose. Then enter your name and phone number and press Request quotation. Our staff confirm availability and reply by e-mail or phone within a working day.
Do you offer trade prices for hotels, restaurants and caterers?
Yes. Hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, bakeries, canteens and re-sellers get trade pricing on volume orders. Tell us what you run and what you need when you request a quotation.
Are the prices on the website final?
The prices shown are our published website prices in Sri Lankan rupees. A quotation is subject to availability and confirmation by our staff.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, closed on Sunday. The shop is at 98 Main Street, Pettah, Colombo 11.

Call or WhatsApp the hotline on +94 71 076 7600, or e-mail quotations@titusstores.com. TitusGPT on the website answers product questions in English, Sinhala and Tamil at any hour.
Do you supply full setups for a new restaurant or hotel?
Yes. Send us your opening list, or describe the venue and the number of pax to TitusGPT, and we quote the whole list: tableware, glassware, cutlery, cookware, buffet and bar equipment.
