Do you deliver outside Colombo?
Yes. We deliver anywhere in Sri Lanka. Within Colombo city limits delivery is arranged within one day through PickMe Flash; outside Colombo it takes two days by courier.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders of Rs 5,000 or more (terms and conditions apply). Below Rs 5,000 the charge is Rs 600 for a package up to 1 kg, plus Rs 200 for every additional kilogram. Our staff confirm the weight and the exact charge with your quotation, or you can collect from the shop at 98 Main Street, Pettah.
How do I get a quotation?
Add products to your quotation on any product page, or ask TitusGPT, our assistant, to help you choose. Then enter your name and phone number and press Request quotation. Our staff confirm availability and reply by e-mail or phone within a working day.
Do you offer trade prices for hotels, restaurants and caterers?
Yes. Hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, bakeries, canteens and re-sellers get trade pricing on volume orders. Tell us what you run and what you need when you request a quotation.
Are the prices on the website final?
The prices shown are our published website prices in Sri Lankan rupees. A quotation is subject to availability and confirmation by our staff.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, closed on Sunday. The shop is at 98 Main Street, Pettah, Colombo 11.
How can I contact you?

Do you supply full setups for a new restaurant or hotel?
Yes. Send us your opening list, or describe the venue and the number of pax to TitusGPT, and we quote the whole list: tableware, glassware, cutlery, cookware, buffet and bar equipment.
How long has Titus Stores been trading?
Since 1924. Titus Stores is a family business at 98 Main Street, Pettah, Colombo, now in its third generation: founded in Negombo by Joseph Michael De Livera as Titus Lamp Stores (in Pettah since the 1940s, at 98 Main Street since 1955), run by Joe Theodore De Livera from 1964 to 2021 (profiled in the Sunday Times in 2015), and by Johan De Livera today.
Are your glasses and crockery suitable for commercial dishwashers?
Most of the glassware, porcelain and stainless steel we sell to hotels and restaurants is made for commercial glasswashers and dishwashers. Where a product is not, its page says so. Ask TitusGPT or WhatsApp +94 71 076 7600 with the product code if you want to be sure before ordering.
If a glass or plate breaks, can I buy the same one again later?
Yes. We sell by the piece from open stock and keep our restaurant ranges in continuous supply, so you replace the single piece that broke rather than a whole set. The product code on our website or your quotation identifies the exact item.
Do you sell by the dozen or by the piece? Are there trade prices?
By the piece, with discounts for quantities. Send us your list, by WhatsApp, e-mail or through TitusGPT, with the numbers you need, and the quotation shows the price for that quantity.
Is the stock shown on the website current?
Yes. The website lists only products that are in stock at 98 Main Street, and it is updated from our stock system every ten minutes. A quotation confirms availability at the time it is issued.
