A matched pair of heavy flat metal blades with rolled-over handle edges, used for chopping and turning koththu on a hot griddle. The wide face lets you cut roti, egg and vegetables and keep tossing without shifting off the plate, and the rolled top gives a safer grip through a long shift. Made for koththu stalls, restaurants and hotel short-eats sections, and sturdy enough for a serious home cook with a griddle.
