This is the toothed scraper head that fits onto a hand-cranked or motorised coconut scraper, taking the place of a worn or blunt blade. The serrated discs bite into the coconut shell and pull out fine, even pol sambol-grade scrapings, and the bolt-on collar lets it mount to a standard scraper shaft. Suits home kitchens, hotel and restaurant larders, and caterers who scrape coconut daily and need a spare head on the shelf.
