Hopper and Rotty Batter Spoon
HOPPER/ ROTTY SPOON · Code 1015796
LKR 120
In stock at Pettah
A long-handled clear spoon with a rounded bowl, used for stirring and scooping hopper (appa) and rotty batter straight from the bucket or basin. The extended handle keeps your hand clear of thin batter, and it suits kade-style hopper counters, hotel breakfast lines and home kitchens making appa most mornings. Appears to be moulded plastic; length looks to be about 25–30 cm, so check the pack before ordering.
