Fluted Kavum Mould Cup

A small fluted metal cup mould with a wavy rim, used for shaping kavum, kokis-style batter treats and little moulded cakes or puddings. The pressed fluting gives a neat scalloped edge and the shallow bowl shape turns out cleanly, so it suits Avurudu sweet-making in the home kitchen as well as bakery and caterer batches where you need dozens of identical pieces.
