Wire spider skimmer with wooden handle

A wire-mesh spider skimmer in stainless steel with a riveted wooden handle that stays cooler than the metal. Use it to lift battered fish, vadai, cutlets, chips and dumplings clear of hot oil, or to scoop noodles and vegetables out of boiling water while draining fast. Suited to busy fry stations and short-eats kitchens as well as home cooks who fry in a wok or deep pan; the marked 28" is taken as about 28 cm across the basket in this catalogue.
