A stainless steel pizza peel with a riveted blade, tubular handle and a black soft-grip end, for sliding pizzas and flatbreads in and out of a hot oven. The blade is about 9" (roughly 23cm) across and the peel measures about 58cm overall, so it suits domestic and small commercial ovens rather than deep deck ovens. Good for pizzerias, cafés, bakeries and home bakers who want one tool for loading, turning and serving.
