A stainless steel gastronorm 1/2 size insert with punched drainage holes through the base and sides, measuring about 32cm x 26.5cm and about 4 inches (100mm) deep. It drops into standard GN counters, bain-maries and steamers to steam vegetables, rice and string hoppers, or to drain washed greens, pasta and fried items before service. Suits hotel and restaurant kitchens, caterers and buffet lines, and works well at home for anyone already using GN pans.
