Stainless Steel Watalappan Cup No.7

A small stainless steel bowl-style cup, about 9cm across and 3cm deep, made for steaming and serving individual portions of watalappan. The flared sides and rolled rim make it easy to stack, steam in batches and turn out cleanly, and the S/S body takes daily washing without staining. Suits hotel and restaurant dessert sections, caterers doing set portions per pax, and home cooks making watalappan for the family.
