A set of three hinged plastic moulds (marked "Stampi Ravioli" on the card) that press and crimp pastry into sealed half-moon patties, curry puffs, ravioli or dumplings. You lay a pastry round in the mould, spoon in the filling, then fold and press to get a fluted, evenly sealed edge every time. Sizes look to be roughly small, medium and large — useful for home bakers, snack kitchens and caterers turning out patties in batches.
