A stainless steel yukihira-style milk pot with a slanted body, twin pouring lips and a wooden side handle that stays cool on the hob. Named 22cm, which we read as the rim diameter, it is made for heating milk, melting butter, boiling small quantities of stock, sauce, kiri or tea, and it works on induction as well as gas. Suits cafe and bar service, hotel pantries and home kitchens that want a quick, pour-friendly pan.
