A small stainless steel turner with a flat, bevelled blade and a riveted wooden handle, sized for lifting and shifting food on a hot surface. Use it for turning kottu-style griddle work, eggs, burger patties, cutlets or for easing slices of pizza and cake off a tray. Handy for hotel and restaurant hot lines as well as everyday home cooking; blade length is about 10 cm as shown in the photo.
