Stainless steel deep fryer basket

A heavy-duty stainless steel mesh fry basket with a long insulated blue-gripped handle and a front hook for resting it on the fryer rim to drain. Built for dropping chips, cutlets, prawns and fried chicken into hot oil and lifting them out clean, so it suits busy fryer stations as much as a home cook working with a deep pan. Square-bodied with fine mesh, it holds small items without losing them into the oil; the number 1475 in the name is a vendor code, not a size.
