In stock at Pettah
A 28cm non-stick divided pot — the classic "mandarin duck" style with a central partition, so you can run two broths or two curries side by side in one pan. It comes with a domed tempered glass lid and twin wood-effect side handles, and the base suits induction as well as gas and electric hobs. Good for hot pot and steamboat service in restaurants and cafés, and just as handy at home for cooking two dishes at once on a single burner.
