A long-handled S/S bar spoon with a twisted stem, teardrop bowl and a red plastic cap on the end, used for stirring and layering cocktails and for reaching into tall glasses and jugs. The twisted shaft lets you spin the spoon smoothly against the inside of a mixing glass, and the bowl doubles as a small measure for topping up or layering. Suits bars, hotel beverage counters and cafes, and home cocktail makers and cold-drink servers.
