Stainless steel perforated food tong

A one-piece stainless steel serving tong with a perforated spoon-shaped blade on one side and a solid blade on the other, so liquid drains away as you lift. Good for serving fried items, cutlets, vadai, salads, pasta and buffet dishes without carrying oil or dressing across to the plate. Suits hotel and restaurant buffet lines, caterers and cafes, and is handy enough for everyday home serving; measures about 30 cm long (the 12" in the name is taken as inches).
