Perforated Oil Skimmer, Wooden Handle

A round perforated skimmer spoon in stainless steel with a long shaft and a turned wooden handle that stays cooler over the fryer. Made for lifting vadai, cutlets, fish, samosas and fritters clear of hot oil so the oil drains back into the pan. Suits busy short-eats kitchens, hotels and caterers, and works just as well for home frying and blanching.
