Perforated oil skimmer with wooden handle

A heavy-duty stainless steel perforated skimmer on a long round handle with a wooden grip, for lifting fried food clear of hot oil and letting it drain back into the pan. The bowl is about 8.5 inches across (the "8.5" in the name), deep enough to scoop a good batch of vadai, cutlets or chips at a time. Built for busy fry stations in hotels and short-eat kitchens, and long enough to keep hands away from spitting oil at home too.
