A heavy hand press with a squeeze-lever action and a perforated cup that forces juice or soft cooked vegetables through the base. Use it for limes and lemons at the bar, or for pressing boiled potato, manioc and other soft vegetables into a smooth mash for cutlets and patties. Suits busy kitchens and bars that need juice fast, and home cooks who make cutlets in batches; the metal body wipes and rinses clean.
