In stock at Pettah
A small stainless steel mesh basket with a long wire handle, used to present chips, wedges, onion rings, cutlets or fried short eats at the table. The mesh lets excess oil drain away and keeps fried food crisp, and it lines up neatly with greaseproof paper or a paper liner. Suits restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs doing plated snacks and bites, and home cooks who like a bit of presentation.
