S/S Mesh Spider Strainer, Wooden Handle

A deep stainless steel fine-mesh strainer basket with reinforced support ribs and a long wooden handle that stays cool in the hand. Use it to lift vadai, fish, cutlets and chips out of hot oil, to drain noodles and boiled vegetables, or to skim stock and scum from a simmering pot. The 26CM in the name is taken as centimetres — most likely the basket width, though it may refer to overall length — so it suits busy hotel and restaurant fry stations as well as home kitchens.
