Stainless Steel Dough Scraper Cutter

A heavy stainless steel bench scraper with a rolled tubular handle, used to cut, divide and lift dough and to scrape flour, trimmings and icing off worktops. The blade is marked with a ruler scale and a measure-equivalents chart, so you can portion dough evenly without reaching for a tape. Suits bakery and pastry sections working on marble or steel benches, and home bakers making bread, roti and pastry.
