A round, deep-bellied non-stick hopper pan (appa thatti) with two side handles and a domed stainless steel lid with a knob, so the hoppers steam and set properly. The curved base gives that classic lacy edge and soft centre, and the non-stick coating means hoppers lift out clean with very little oil. Suits home kitchens making appa daily, and small hotels, cafes and caterers doing hopper service to order.
