A heavy-gauge perforated strainer basket with a rolled rim, a fitted lid and a drop ring handle, made to sit inside a larger pot for draining or steaming. It suits bulk work such as rinsing and draining rice, noodles, string hoppers, pittu or vegetables, then lifting the whole lot clear in one go. Built for hotel and canteen kitchens, though large home cooks and caterers use it too; the "20" in the name is taken as about 20 cm across, as sizes in this catalogue are usually centimetres.
