A heavy cast aluminium roti plate with a raised handle and beaded rim, made for cooking godhamba roti, pol roti and thosai over gas or firewood. The thick base spreads heat evenly and holds it, so rotis brown without scorching in one spot. Suits busy roti and kottu kitchens as well as home cooks who want a plate that lasts; this is the large size in the range.
