In stock at Pettah
A Y-shaped peeler with a stainless steel swivel blade set in a moulded plastic handle with a hanging hole. It takes thin skin off potatoes, carrots, cucumbers, pumpkin and green mango with a straight pull, so it is quicker than a knife for bulk prep. Cheap enough to keep several in a hotel or restaurant prep section, and easy enough for everyday home kitchen use.
