A traditional wok brush with a stiff split-bamboo head clamped in a metal ferrule on a turned wooden handle. It scrubs stuck-on food out of hot woks and pans with a splash of water, without scratching seasoned carbon steel, and the long handle keeps your hand clear of the heat.
