Metal Straight Vegetable Peeler

A straight-blade hand peeler with a chromed metal body and a moulded black grip for a steady hold. It handles everyday peeling of potatoes, carrots, beetroot, ash plantain and cucumber, and the slim blade also takes thin strips off ginger and pumpkin skin. Suits hotel and restaurant prep lines doing volume peeling as well as home kitchens wanting a peeler that lasts longer than a throwaway one.
