Y-shaped vegetable peeler

A Y-shaped hand peeler with a metal head, swivel blade and a contoured metal handle for a firm grip. Use it for potatoes, carrots, beetroot, pumpkin and other vegetables and fruit — the wide Y shape lets you peel across the vegetable with less wrist strain, so it suits long prep runs. Good for hotel and restaurant prep lines, caterers and any home kitchen that peels daily.
