A deep, round-bottomed stainless steel thachchi (kadai-style wok) of about 32cm across the rim, with two riveted loop handles for a firm two-handed lift. Built for tossing rice and kottu-style fries, deep-frying, tempering and cooking curries in bulk over gas. Suits restaurant and hotel kitchens, caterers and busy home cooks who want a wok that will not warp or stain.
