A deep, round-bottomed stainless steel thachchi (wok-style pan) about 40cm across the rim, with two riveted loop handles for lifting when full. Built for high-heat stir-frying, deep-frying, tempering and cooking curries or rice dishes in volume, and easy to wash down between services. Suits hotel and restaurant kitchens, caterers and busy home cooks who cook large batches.
