Hand-press vegetable chopper with blades

A lever-action vegetable chopper with a plastic body, a catch container and interchangeable stainless steel blade grids for dicing and chip-cutting, plus a cleaning comb. Press the handle down to push onions, potatoes, carrots or cucumber through the grid for evenly sized cubes and sticks, which saves a lot of knife time on repetitive prep. Suits home cooks as well as small cafés, caterers and short-order kitchens doing daily mise en place; note the blade grids are sharp, so use the comb to clear them rather than your fingers.
