A heavy aluminium cooking pot with a fitted flat aluminium lid, in the plain rolled-rim style used in Sri Lankan kitchens for daily rice, curry and dhal. 'W/O/H' indicates it comes without handles, so it is lifted by the rim or with a cloth and sits well on gas, firewood or clay hearths. Suits hotel and restaurant back-of-house, caterers cooking in bulk, and home cooks who want a long-lasting everyday pot.
