Polished Aluminium Thachchi (Kadai)
POLISH THACHCHI 8 / 10.5’’ · Code 1026611
LKR 1,400
In stock at Pettah
A heavy cast aluminium thachchi — the deep, round-bottomed frying pan with two loop handles used across Sri Lankan kitchens for frying, tempering and deep-frying. The polished interior and thick walls hold heat well over gas or firewood, so oil temperature stays steady when you drop in a batch. Suits home cooks, caterers and hotel or restaurant kitchens frying vadai, cutlets, papadam and short eats.
