A hand-cranked aluminium meat mincer with a table-clamp base and a white-handled crank, marked size 10 on the hopper. It grinds beef, mutton, chicken and fish for cutlets, meatballs, sausages and fillings without needing power, so it suits small restaurant and takeaway kitchens as well as home cooks.
