A manual table-clamp meat mincer in cast aluminium, with a hopper, wooden-knob crank handle and a screw clamp to lock it to a worktop edge. Built for mincing beef, mutton, chicken and fish for cutlets, meatballs, sausages and curries without electricity. The "32" is the standard mincer body size, not a measurement — this is the larger household/small-kitchen size, suited to caterers, small restaurants and serious home cooks.
