A small cast aluminium cooking pot with two riveted side handles and a wide rim, sized at about 15cm across the top. Good for tempering, heating curries, boiling milk or small batches of gravy on gas or a hearth, and it takes hard daily use without warping. Suits home kitchens as well as hotel and restaurant lines needing a small pot for sauces and sides.
