A heavy aluminium pittu pan with two side handles and a domed lid, made for steaming pittu, string hoppers and other rice-flour steamed foods. The deep base holds the boiling water while the perforated steaming section above takes the pittu flour mix, so batch after batch can be run through a busy morning service. Suits hotel and restaurant breakfast kitchens, caterers and home cooks who make pittu often.
