A two-tier aluminium steamer with a water base pot, a perforated steaming section and a domed lid, all with riveted side handles. Use it for string hoppers (idiyappam), pittu, idli, steamed buns, fish and vegetables over gas or an electric hob. Practical for home kitchens and busy hotel or restaurant breakfast lines that steam in batches.
