A manual table-mounted meat mincer in cast metal with a wooden-handled crank and a screw clamp that grips a table edge or worktop. Size No. 8 is the smallest common mincer size, suited to mincing beef, chicken, mutton or fish in small batches, and it also handles soft ingredients for cutlets, meatballs and fillings. Good for home kitchens, small eateries and caterers who want a mincer that needs no power supply.
